If there is a central hub for all cosplayers in the world (Cosplay.com), there is Cosplay.ph for all Filipino cosplayers, dubbed as the Philippine Cosplay Compendium.

I am not sure when they went live but from the article posts from their site, Cosplay.ph has been around since December of 2005.

Cosplay.ph actually went live on June 02, 2006. Many of the articles were made before the site was up, and they were provided graciously by the staff and members of cosplay.ph. We have been beta testing since the beginning of the year, however.
