Marcell Endrey Sets A New World Record in Rubik’s Cube Solving


The wired is still buzzing of Marcell Endrey’s new “World Cube Association” world record as the fastest Rubik’s Cube solver in the world, recording 28.80 seconds! Amazing? Or maybe you are now saying “too slow”? Wait until you see this video.

The competition was held on 25th and 26th of February 2012 in Zonhoven, Belgium in an event called Zonhoven Open 2012, an international speedcubing competition. Marcell Endrey, representing Hungary, set a new world record for the 3×3 blindfolded category, recording the fastest of 28.80 seconds.
