And the team behind Google Checkout did a very good work. They provide a quick and easy explanation on how to use their service as well as a list of stores already supporting Google Checkout and discount coupon codes.

There’s Levi’s, Timberland, Buy.com, Zales, GNC, Dockers… well I guess only Filipinos with valid and legitimate credit cards (like me) can use the service.

Registration is quick especially to those with google accounts already and best of all, available to all countries as well as regardless of where your credit card was issued. And something I noticed first after reaching my account page – “Sellers I’ve Reviewed”. Very interesting, allowing customers to review merchant sites, removing the hassle of re-explaining one’s experience over and over again (which I experience everytime I recommend an online merchant).
