Q: What is a "FLOSS License"?
A: A "FLOSS License" must be recognized by both the Free Software Foundation and the Open-Source Initiative.

This does not cover "Documentation Licenses" since the OSI website do not list any Documentation Licenses and...

Another thing OpenOffice.org has going for it is that it can handle Microsoft's new non-standard OOXML format just fine. So, while all those MS Office < 2007 users are sitting there freaking out because they can't open the .pptx attachment they got, we can open them just dandy. Yeah. My friends now send their .pptx and .docx to me to switch them to .ppt and .doc so they can open them.

Hey, that's good news! I haven't really checked if OOo can open the 'feeling standard' MS OOXML especially the OOXML version found under MSO2007. Haha, now that's a huge plus with all the troubles going on with MSO2007 defaulting to .???x format (causing more wasted time and money for companies especially).
