And here I took screenshots to show it to you all..

I found a very interesting blog post about game addiction which I’ve been tackling since late 1997, and this is the first time I’ve read an article/post from a parent who is not approaching the issue by stereotyping the/us gamers by saying “Gamers Are Immature (Adults)” or that “Gaming Will Only Produce War-Freak Adults“.

I visited Groovenet.ph today and talked to Gregory Kittelson (former Product Manager of Gunbound), who founded a new company with David Foote - the original two founders of Mobius Online Games (Digital Media Exchange, Inc.) - about Groovenet.ph and There! Philippines.

(Update/Errata: corrected the ‘founders’)

Microsoft announced the XNA Game Studio Express, a new product which will allow indie developers and students to develop new games for the Xbox360 and the PC, and share their games through the Creators Club. The service will be available for anyone with a Windows XP PC, for free. And by joining the Creators Club with an annual subscription of U$99.00, developers will be able to test and share their games on Microsoft’s Xbox360.

This is great news, and not only just ‘great’ but we are finally finishing our entrance to the next age - the age of User-Created-Content (UCC).

Mark Wallace of 3pointD.com posted about Sim City as a Mirror World. He showed how people are remaking real-world geographic locations using the images from Google Earth into Sim City 4.

I used to do it during my younger days, trying to create Makati, Philippines and Metro Manila, Philippines in Sim City 1 and Sim City 2. It is fun, it is exciting, it is challenging.

Just finished the 1st Draft of the “Guild Wars Timeline” I am compiling/creating.

You can view it here.

Lore lovers will notice that there are some data that are either questionable or seems to be wrong. All explanations and supporting documents will be presented as I continue to update and improve this new project of mine.

Additionally, new data will be available for the Missions (mainly) and perhaps for the Quests as well, from Campaign 1 to Campaign 3 (as Campaign 4 is still under development). So please bear with me for now. Once it is done, all data gathered and analyzed, this site will give you a very good perspective on the events in Guild Wars - or simply what we call the Lore.
