First Collectible MMORTS SAGA is Now Free-to-Play!

The Massively Multiplayer Real-Time Strategy game ("MMORTS") SAGA by Silverlode Interactive announced two days ago that the full version of the game is now available free-of-charge. All new accounts that signs up at PlaySaga (leads to my referral link) will get a full account for free.
In addition to this already great news, from Patch 1.49 all tournaments are now free. Tokens will still be given when completing tournaments which will allow the players to purchase awesome things from the Tournament Store. However, to keep things balance and in perspective now that the “free factor” has been added, the prices in the store will be increased.

Uncharted Waters Online is an online game wherein you play in the Age of Discovery/Exploration period of Planet Earth (15th to 17th Century), where you are one of the Captain on voyage trying to open new trade routes, discover new exciting places, and the mapping of the planet. Of course, before you can have a conversation and establish a good trade with the peoples of the world, you need to learn their languages.
Learning a new language is simple, just visit any city and talk to the lords and ladies of any ‘houses’. As a clue, the names of these houses end up with the word ‘Estate’. Additionally, guild houses (Adventurer Guild, Maritime Guild, and Merchant/Trader Guild) also offer languages.

Uncharted Waters Online Goes Beta

Uncharted Waters Online (or UWO for short), is entering closed beta test next week, 25th of August 2010. This Massively Multiplayer Online Game is the latest offering from Netmarble.
UWO has been around for some time in its MMOG in China, Japan, and Korea. It is also known as Great Voyage Online, developed by KOEI, based on the Rekoeition Uncharted Waters game series.

OpenTTD 1.0.2 stable released!

Today another stable OpenTTD has been released to the wild - v1.0.2. This is of course for all platforms, Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh, and GNU/Linux. There were many bug fixes since v1.0.1 but before I show you the changelog - 44 in all, 1 new feature, and 1 feature change.
